Knight In Shining Armour

This one is a little public, so you need to know that your girl would enjoy this type of thing! Also check the local laws for riding Horses through parkland.

1. Hire a knight’s armor costume.

2. Rent a beautiful steed, black Stallion, mount…a horse!

3. Arrange to meet her in a nice park, perhaps somewhere you go for walks and is special to the two of you!

4. Put 1 and 2 together, or wear the knights armor costume and for heavens sake get some assistance with the Horse, you can’t be too careful!

5. Keep her waiting for a few minutes (but no longer than 10, you don’t want her to say NO!!!) and turn up as her knight in shining armor!

6. Have a friend hiding in some nearby bushes (preferably someone with a clear criminal record) and as you approach have him play Holst’s “Jupitor” or alternatively have him simply press the “Play” button!

7. As you arrive, get down on one knee and present the ring with some princely flare!

This is a very Romantic Proposal Idea which she will truly enjoy telling all her friends. It takes only a little bit of work, although plenty can go wrong especially if you’re no good on Horses! I suggest you take a few lessons otherwise! Make sure the ring is accessible with your armor costume on! Don’t take any chances!
